Is this medical advice or a diagnosis?
No. Joise is for education + planning support. It doesn’t diagnose or replace a clinician.

Do I have to be “officially” in perimenopause?
No, many women are unsure early on. Joise works with your sleep + symptoms either way.

What wearables do you support?
Joise works with any wearable that syncs sleep to Apple Health. Sleep data is required to power your daily forecast.

Is this only for “brain fog”?
No — sleep, mood, irritability, hot flashes, and other symptoms could also affect cognitive load.
