What data does Joise collect?

• Account and profile — your email address, your name (optional), and authentication identifiers such as your Sign in with Apple token.
• Health data from Apple Health — sleep and related activity signals, read only after you grant permission.
• Symptoms and notes — what you log in the app: hot flashes, sleep disruption, cognitive complaints, mood, and anything you write in your own words.
• Chat content — the messages you send to AI Coach.
• App usage and device info — features you use, your settings, crash logs, device model, OS version and language.
• Purchases — your subscription status and receipts, handled through Apple and our subscription provider. We never see or store your card details.

Joise does not sell your health data, and does not use Apple Health data for advertising.
