Is my data private and secure?

Your data is encrypted in transit using TLS and encrypted at rest. Access inside Joise is limited by role — only the people who need it to run and support the service can reach it, and health data is treated as the most sensitive category we hold.

One thing worth being explicit about: when you use AI Coach, your message and the related context are sent to an external AI model to generate the reply. That processing happens outside Joise's own systems.

We work with a small set of service providers — cloud hosting, analytics, crash reporting, subscription billing and AI processing. Each one is named in our Privacy Policy.
